Operating as chief executive officer and director of practice development for the firm. As with all principals at Null-Lairson, P.C., John is involved with client services in a number of areas. His client service responsibilities include financial consulting to corporate, individual and governmental clients. These services include formal business planning, development of financial strategies regarding income and estate taxation, investment planning, risk management, compensation arrangements including current and deferred compensation as well as qualified and non-qualified plans, retirement planning, wealth-building, family business planning as well as many others. John has worked extensively in the field of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and succession planning.
John is past president of the Chamber of Commerce, past-president of the Small Business Development Council, member of several economic development organizations, and has been involved in founding and working with many area business, charitable and civic groups.
