Work Life Benefits
Null Lairson provides a wide range of benefits for every employee. Some benefit programs require contributions from the employee, but most are fully paid by the Firm. Our goal is to provide a professional work environment, a competitive benefits package and adequate insurance coverage for our employees and their families. We think we have done that by offering the following benefit programs:
- Salaries: Competitive salaries are offered based on your achievements and experience. Performance and compensation are reviewed at least annually.
- Major Medical and Dental Insurance: The Firm's health insurance plan provides you and your dependents access to medical and dental insurance benefits. Eligible employees may participate in the health insurance plan subject to all terms and conditions of the agreement between the Firm and the insurance carrier.
- Life Insurance: Life insurance offers you and your family important financial protection. The Firm provides a basic life insurance plan for eligible employees as part of the overall health insurance plan.
- Short-Term and Long Term Disability Insurance: Disability insurance offers you important financial protection in the event that an employee is unable to work due to medical reasons.
